Robinson & Lawing Serves as Counsel in Fence Builders Acquisition
Robinson & Lawing, LLP is pleased to announce its role as legal counsel to the seller in the recent acquisition of Winston-Salem-based Fence Builders Inc. by Watchtower Capital, a private equity firm that recently established headquarters in Charlotte.
Fence Builders, a multi-generational business founded in 1955, is a well-respected provider of residential and commercial fencing and perimeter access systems. The company’s PACT division (Perimeter Access Control Technologies) has served high-security clients such as Camp Lejeune, Fort Bragg, and VA hospitals, as well as minor league ballparks in Greensboro and Winston-Salem. Under the terms of the acquisition, Fence Builders will serve as the flagship brand in a growing regional platform that also includes Green Hill Fence Company of Greenville, South Carolina.
