On April 13, 2018, the Honorable Judge Edwin G. Wilson, Jr. entered an Order preliminarily approving a settlement between a class of customers of the Kernersville Sanitary Sewer System and the Town of Kernersville and the Winston-Salem – Forsyth County City/County Utilities Commission.
