
Kernersville Sanitary Sewer Class Action – Update

On July 27, 2018, the $12.3 Million settlement in a class action law suit over sewer charges issued by the Town of Kernersville and the City/County Utilities Commission was approved in Forsyth County Superior Court. Over 10,500 Kernersville sewer customers will receive full refunds, plus interest, of excess sewer charges paid during 2012-16. See the complete press release here.
