Mitchell R. Bledsoe

Mitchell R. Bledsoe is an associate attorney at Robinson & Lawing, LLP, with a practice focused on corporate law, commercial real estate, and health care law. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Mitchell provides strategic guidance to clients in structuring business transactions, managing real estate deals, navigating corporate governance matters, and addressing regulatory compliance in the health care sector. His practical, solutions-oriented approach makes him a valuable resource for small and medium-sized businesses as well as health care organizations.

Mitchell earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he also obtained a Certificate in Health Law and developed a strong interest in transactional law. Before attending law school, he graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, excelling as a four-year Varsity letter winner on the football team.  He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Tennessee.
