Isabella Gallelli

Isabella Gallelli is a member of Robinson & Lawing's Civil Litigation team, bringing an unusually diverse background in business disputes, agriculture, food science, and regulatory matters to her practice. Before joining the firm, Isabella served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Julianna Earp of the North Carolina Business Court, where she worked on complex disputes involving partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, corporations, nonprofits, contracts, entity formation and dissolution, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Isabella's undergraduate degree in Food Science gives her a distinctive perspective on matters involving agriculture, food production, land, and the businesses connected to them. That perspective was further developed during her work with the North Carolina Department of Justice's Services to State Agencies section, where she focused on legal issues affecting the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Her scientific training and familiarity with agricultural and regulatory issues complement the business and commercial knowledge she developed through her work with the North Carolina Business Court.

While attending Elon University School of Law, Isabella was selected for a judicial residency with Justice Philip Berger Jr. of the North Carolina Supreme Court, where she prepared bench briefs and petition memoranda in civil and criminal matters and contributed to the development of a majority opinion. She also served on the Elon Law Review. Her combination of judicial experience, legal research and writing, and scientific training informs a careful, analytical approach to civil litigation.

Isabella joined Robinson & Lawing’s Civil Litigation Section in 2026.
